Projects

Besides working as a sideman, I also have my own trio, which Lou
Rainone is on piano and Seiji Ochiai is on drums. They are both great
musicians. Mostly this trio works in east coast. In last few years, we
also had chances to work in jazz festivals in Taiwan.

In addition to playing jazz standards, we also play a lot of
originals. In last few years, I am trying to reharmonize some of my
country’s (Taiwan) folk songs and see if we can make them sound like
real jazz music.
